{"id":9143,"date":"2021-11-02T06:28:03","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T23:28:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sangkakala.tv\/?p=9143"},"modified":"2021-11-02T07:14:21","modified_gmt":"2021-11-02T00:14:21","slug":"cara-untuk-mengendalikan-kemarahan-menurut-dhamma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sangkakala7.tv\/?p=9143","title":{"rendered":"*Cara Untuk Mengendalikan Kemarahan Menurut Dhamma*"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JAKARTA | Sangkakala.tv &#8211;<br \/>\nMimbar Agama Budha :<br \/>\nMarah merupakan sikap batin yang menolak atas ketidaksinkronan antara apa yang diharapkan dengan apa yang dihadapinya.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika kemarahan menguasai seseorang, hanya kebutaan dan kegelapan pekat yang ada pada saat itu.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam ajaran Buddha, ada 12 (dua belas) cara untuk menangani amarah :<\/p>\n<p>*1. Bangun KOMUNIKASI bukan kemarahan.*<\/p>\n<p>Tegas tapi bukan kebencian. Berorientasi pada tujuan (goal oriented) dengan cara yang bijak, taktis dan cerdik.<\/p>\n<p>Contoh : Saat menghadapi kriminal\/penjahat yang mengancam keselamatan dan tidak bisa diajak kompromi, kita boleh membentaknya untuk menakuti atau menghalau mereka, tanpa kebencian. Kalau terpaksa &#8220;melumpuhkannya&#8221;, hanya sekedar, &#8220;melumpuhkannya&#8221; tanpa kebencian atau niat jahat.<\/p>\n<p>*2. Kembangkan Sati (perhatian\/ kewaspadaan), perenungan Dhamma, atau Welas Asih setiap saat.*<\/p>\n<p>Mengembangkan sati, melaksanakan Vipassana Bhavana, penuh kesadaran terhadap gerak-gerik jasmani dan batin (perasaan &#038; pikiran) yang timbul lenyap dan berubah-ubah seenaknya, tidak memuaskan, tidak bisa diandalkan, bukan diri, bukan kita, bukan milik kita; semata fenomena dengan sifat, prilaku dan kondisi penunjangnya sendiri yang khas dan alami (Anicca, Dukkha, Anatta).<\/p>\n<p>*3. MEMAKLUMI*<\/p>\n<p>Bahwa kita dan para makhluk pada umumnya masih diliputi kegelapan batin AVIJJA dalam bentuk LOBHA (keserakahan, kehausan), DOSA (kebencian) dan MOHA (ketidaktahuan, kelengahan). <\/p>\n<p>Juga dengan mengingat bahwa sesungguhnya semua makhluk diliputi penderitaan, Anicca, Dukkha dan Anatta ; diharapkan kita bisa menumbuhkan welas asih, rasa maklum dan pengampunan atas &#8220;keanehan, ketidakmasuk-akalan&#8221; yang ada pada mereka.<\/p>\n<p>*4. Mengingat Budi Baik*<\/p>\n<p>Mengingat kebaikan yang pernah dilakukan orang yang sedang membuat kita marah.<\/p>\n<p>*5. Mengingat Akibat Buruk dari kemarahan*<\/p>\n<p>Akibat buruk pada diri sendiri, orang yg kita cintai, bahkan juga musuh kita. (Akibat buruk di masa sekarang maupun yang menanti di masa depan)<\/p>\n<p>*6. YONISO MANASIKARA*<\/p>\n<p>Mengarahkan pikiran pada hal-hal yang bermanfaat dan positif, tidak memberi perhatian atau mengingat hal-hal yang menimbulkan kemarahan, merenungkan Tilakkhana, Berkah Utama dan 8 Kondisi Duniawi<br \/>\n(Note : Sabar dan memiliki batin yang tak mudah tergoncangkan oleh suka duka, untung rugi, dipuji dicela, terkenal tak terkenal termasuk berkah utama)<\/p>\n<p>*7. Diam atau berkata dengan intonasi yang lembut, dan memancarkan metta karuna*<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini dapat meredakan kemarahan seseorang<br \/>\nSetidaknya bertahan untuk diam, menunda mengambil keputusan yang &#8220;gegabah&#8221; saat sedang marah, membuat kita tidak menyesal kemudian.<\/p>\n<p>*8. Merenungkan sifat mulia Buddha, Dhamma, Sangha*<\/p>\n<p>Merenungkan kebijaksanaan sempurna, welas asih, kesabaran dan pengampunan tanpa batas, kebajikan dan kelurusan atau kemurnian tanpa cela, dsb.<\/p>\n<p>*9. Merenungkan bahwa diri sendiri dan setiap makhluk adalah pewaris karmanya masing-masing.*<\/p>\n<p>Laksana orang yang baru sembuh dari penyakit menahun atau yang baru terbebas dari hutang setelah sekian lama, kemudian dia bersorak, bersyukur, merasa gembira, lega, bersemangat untuk melakukan hal-hal bermanfaat yang selama ini ingin ia kerjakan, bersemangat untuk memulai kembali segalanya dengan cara yg lebih cerdik, bijak, dan waspada; begitulah hendaknya kita bersikap saat menghadapi akibat karma buruk yang tengah berbuah.<\/p>\n<p>*10. Merenungkan bahwa setiap makhluk suatu hari pasti akan mati.*<\/p>\n<p>*11. Bergaul dengan para bijaksana, gemar belajar dan mencintai Dhamma.*<\/p>\n<p>*12.
